Synergist believes customers should focus on their core business strengths and not be distracted by in-house implementation projects. Utilizing consultants and first tier applications is affordable under the Synergist model. Synergist can finance Synergist Production System (SPS) for a client, or can finance an external client project which can be hosted in Synergist’s data center. Both financing models include one manageable monthly fee.

The Software as a Service (SaaS) model pertains to SPS and has no term. It is best suited for small to mid-sized companies whose business processes are consistent with industry best practices. The Consolidated Leasing Application Service Provider (CLASP) model is more suitable for larger companies that require a separate instance of the application to incorporate unique business processes that have evolved over time. Both models avoid the cumbersome task of justifications for large capital expenses.
