Craig
Hobson, Chairman and CEO
As founder of Synergist, Craig Hobson
serves as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Hobson is a seasoned
CEO and entrepreneur with many leadership positions
in entertainment, services, manufacturing, software
and consulting industries. His successes include the
funding of over one hundred feature films, the creation
of three corporations with revenue over $200 million,
three public offerings, development of four proprietary
software companies, several corporate turn-arounds and
seven successful merger and acquisition ventures. Mr.
Hobson has over twenty-five years of experience in public
accounting, entrepreneurial business management, business
development, strategic business consulting, software
development and information technology consulting. Mr.
Hobson’s education includes a Bachelors of Science
in computer information systems from Chapman University
and a Bachelors of Science in accounting from the University
of Georgia.
Paul
Sutter, President
Mr. Sutter is an accomplished operations and systems
leader. Before joining Synergist, Mr. Sutter held various
senior management positions during his seven year career
with Technicolor. In 2005, he was named Chief Information
Officer for the Theatrical Division of Thomson and Technicolor.
Mr. Sutter earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical
Economics and Systems Engineering from the United States
Military Academy in West Point, NY, was on the Dean’s
List and achieved the rank of Captain, with distinction,
prior to his move to private industry. He is pursuing
a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine
University in Malibu, CA. He has a Project Management
Professional certification from the Project Management
Institute.
Lee
Klein, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Klein is a business and technology executive with
demonstrated success leading organizations and people
through change to achieve strategic objectives. She
has twenty years of comprehensive experience with blue-chip
companies including Deloitte Consulting, ADP, The Gap,
Sizzler, Longs Drug Stores and Denny’s Inc. Ms.
Klein’s successes include roles in off Broadway
productions and she has performed as a comedian and
master of ceremonies of large events. Ms. Klein earned
a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the
University of Phoenix, and has two years of study in
organizational behavior at University of San Francisco.
Dawn
Bachmann, Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Secretary
With twenty-five years of experience
in management and business development, Mrs. Bachmann
brings a combination of strategic business and system
consulting, market analysis, sales management, product
development, alliance management, and P&L accountability.
She held senior positions with software providers and
consulting companies, and demonstrated talent in creating
new highly differentiated marketing channels through
analysis of industry business issues aligned with new
articulation of software solution capabilities.

Goetz
Schmitz, Vice President of Professional Services
Mr. Schmitz joins Synergist with 17
years of professional experience focused on enterprise
applications implementations combined with a strong
finance and accounting management background. He has
implemented successful business solutions for Fortune
500, mid-size, and start up companies both as a contractor
and as part of internal management teams. He has worked
in corporate and consulting companies including Fujitsu
Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, Solution Beacon LLC,
ICG Communications and Convergent Communications. Mr.
Schmitz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management
from the University of Colorado, has completed the Project
Management Institute’s courses and is a graduate
of the Center for Creative Leadership.
